Nektarios Sakellariou
Nektarios Sakellariou was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He began classical guitar lessons at the age of six. He studied Chemistry at the University of Athens, while continuing his classical guitar studies under Nikos Hatzieleftheriou at the National Conservatory of Athens, graduating with the Guitar Diploma with the grade Excellent and Second Prize. He attended masterclass seminars with H. Keppel.
Since 2008, he has taught classical guitar at several conservatoires and has built and directed a guitar class with more than 500 students, creating a large student ensemble with a repertoire spanning from Hatzidakis, Theodorakis and Karaindrou to Satie, J.S. Bach and Telemann — with numerous concerts at major venues including the Megaron Concert Hall and the Maroussi Concert Hall.
As a soloist and member of the GuitArte Ensemble, he developed a rich and multifaceted artistic presence in concert halls, festivals, recordings and radio and television appearances. Among the highlights: his participation in the Concerti Grossi of A. Corelli and A. Vivaldi — including the recording of the CD 4 Concerti Grossi a preparar l'avvenire (2019); his performance as soloist with the Underground Youth Orchestra in J. Rodrigo's Concierto Andaluz; the world premiere of G. Angelakis' The Ghost of Marseille for 5 guitars, dance theatre, video-art and live camera (2010); and his participation in Romancero Gitano by M. Theodorakis and F.G. Lorca.
He was also an active member in the creation and organisation of the GuitArte guitar camps, in collaboration with the Municipal Conservatoire of Moschato, with the participation of hundreds of students.
He has collaborated in over 50 performances with the puppeteer, actor, writer and poet Giannis Proestakis.
Alongside his performing and pedagogical career, he pursues a distinct personal artistic activity as composer and writer. Central to his creative work is the musical fairy tale The Lake of Tears (Der See der Tränen), conceived in 2012 — an original work weaving musical composition, text and poetry into a unified artistic world of word and sound, written for two guitars and already recorded. Its submission for publication to Swiss and German literary publishers is planned for 2026.
As Inside Analogues, he composes and produces electronic music using synthesizers and electronic instruments, with two personal albums: After (2020) and Ganz (2023). He also wrote the screenplay and music for the short film Loop, currently in production.
In recent years he has turned his attention to the study of the 8-string classical guitar and is working on transcriptions of Baroque music for the instrument. He currently lives in Switzerland, where since 2023 he works as a guitar teacher and as a soloist in performances related to cultural programmes in schools.

Inside Analogues is a personal project in which composition and production are developed for electronic instruments and synthesizers. The compositional approach comes from the same place as the work in classical music — an interest in structure, in the relationship between voices, in what happens when sounds are placed next to each other and allowed to develop slowly. The two albums, After (2020) and Ganz (2023), document a particular emotional period — each track a self-contained study in texture, harmony and time. The music does not try to be anything other than what it is.

A Musical Fairy Tale — Text & Music by Nektarios Sakellariou
The Lake of Tears (Der See der Tränen) is a musical fairy tale written in 2012, in which a wandering musician crosses paths with a wild rose bush and an unexpected encounter unfolds. A story about pain, music and the quiet courage it takes to let go.
Text, poetry and music are all by Nektarios Sakellariou. The music is written for two guitars. The recording is complete; publication is forthcoming.
The work was presented with the GuitArte Ensemble at the Summer Attika Music Camp in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Performances in Schools
in Switzerland
The performance is designed for classes from Primary 4–6 / Secondary 1–2. The fairy tale is read aloud and sung, accompanied by live guitar music. Children experience a story woven from sound and language — no technical equipment, direct and present.
The concept connects musical listening with literary imagination. After the performance, students are invited to speak about the story, the music and their own impressions.
About two weeks before the performance, the teacher receives a short scenic outline with a summary of the fairy tale. It suggests simple scenic tasks the class can work on together during lessons — movements, roles and improvisations to develop freely. Simple stage sets, props or visual elements can also be made in class — costumes, decoration, drawn landscapes.
Each performance bears the signature of the class that helped create it.
The performance is presented in collaboration between Nektarios Sakellariou and Susanne von Fioreschy-Weinfeld — actress and singer.
Susanne von Fioreschy-Weinfeld is an actress, voice artist, audiobook director, songwriter and author with an extensive artistic career spanning theatre, radio drama, film and music theatre. Trained in South Tyrol and Innsbruck, she is now active in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
As an actress she has worked with the Vereinigte Bühnen Bozen, the Landesjugendtheater Innsbruck, and various improvisation theatre ensembles. She is also regularly engaged as a simulation person in medical and communication training programmes at the Berner Bildungszentrum Pflege and the University of Zurich.
For several years she has worked as an audiobook director at renowned studios, including Mirrorlake Studio Zürich and Speech Studio Schweiz, directing works by Emmanuel Carrère and Hervé Le Tellier. As a voice artist she lends her voice to fantasy audiobook series, dubbing and podcasts. She also writes plays, songs and radio pieces for children and adults.

Eine musikalische Reise von der Renaissance bis in die Moderne
Ein Schulkonzert für Klassen von der 2. Klasse der Primarschule bis zur Sekundarstufe I. Das Programm präsentiert 500 Jahre Gitarrenmusik in einer einzigen Aufführung — mit Live-Gitarrenspiel, historischer Einbettung und Dialog mit dem Publikum.
Das Konzert führt die Schülerinnen und Schüler durch fünf Jahrhunderte und präsentiert exemplarische Werke aus Renaissance, Barock, Klassik, Romantik, Moderne und Gegenwart. Jede Epoche wird mit einer kurzen historischen Erzählung eingeleitet, die die Musik in ihren Kontext einbettet.
Das Konzert ist als interaktives Erlebnis konzipiert. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler werden eingeladen, Fragen zu stellen, Eindrücke zu teilen und Verbindungen zwischen den Musikepochen und ihrer eigenen Welt zu entdecken.
Die Aufführung wird von einer Bildpräsentation (Slideshow) begleitet. Für jede Epoche werden historische Bilder projiziert: Porträts der Komponisten, zeitgenössische Darstellungen der Gitarre und Bilder aus der jeweiligen Zeit. Dieser visuelle Kontext ergänzt das Klangerlebnis, verankert das Gehörte und macht die Reise durch die Musikgeschichte sichtbar.
Das Programm fördert historisches Bewusstsein, aktives Zuhören, visuelles Lernen und kulturelle Neugier. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler entdecken stilistische Unterschiede zwischen den Epochen und erleben klassische Musik als lebendige Kunst. Das 15-minütige Gespräch nach dem Konzert bietet Raum für Fragen, Reflexion und einen offenen Austausch über Musik, Geschichte und Kultur.
